What 7PM is

7PM is a shared events calendar. You send an event flyer, link, or screenshot to the 7PM bot on WhatsApp or Instagram; it reads the event details, you confirm them in chat, and the event appears on the public feed at app.7pm.live or on a private group board.

What we collect

• Your phone number or Instagram ID — so the bot can reply to you and remember your drafts and settings.
• Messages you send the bot — the flyers, links, and text you share, used only to extract event details (title, date, time, location, price).
• Published events — the event details and image you approve for publishing.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your personal data with anyone.
• We don't message you first — the bot only replies.
• Published events are anonymous by default; your name appears only if you opt in with the bot's credit on setting.
• We don't use your data for advertising.

Where data lives

Event data and chat drafts are stored with Supabase (hosted in the US). Event images you share are stored so calendar tiles keep working. Message delivery runs on Meta's WhatsApp / Instagram platforms, subject to their own terms.

Deleting your data

Everything is self-serve, right in the chat where you use the bot:

• Remove one event: text list, then delete with its number — or undo for your latest publish.
• Delete everything (your number/handle, drafts, settings, and every event you published): text delete my data to the bot and confirm with erase everything. It takes effect immediately.

Terms of use

• Share events you believe are public and accurate.
• No spam, harassment, or unlawful content — we remove it.
• The service is provided as-is, free, with no uptime guarantee.
